Shipping

Every order is packed by hand and sent from the Kullu-Manali valley. We ship across India.

What it costs

Shipping is free on orders over Rs 2,000. Below that, shipping is charged at what it costs us to send from Manali to your pincode. We tell you the amount on WhatsApp before you pay.

When it ships

We dispatch within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed, and message you on WhatsApp with the courier name and tracking number when it leaves.

Delivery

How long it takes depends on the courier and your pincode. Mountain roads and weather can add a day or two in winter. If your parcel seems stuck, message us and we will chase it.

If something arrives damaged

Send us a photo on WhatsApp the day it arrives and we will sort it out.
