Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns

If a piece is not right, you can return it within 5 days of receiving it.

• Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and tell us what is wrong.
• We tell you where to send it. You pay for the return shipping.
• Send it back as it arrived: unwashed, not worn beyond trying it on, with anything that came with it.

Refunds

We refund what you paid for the piece right away, the day it gets back to us, to the same method you paid with. Your bank or UPI app can take a few days to show it.

Cancellations

You can cancel any time before your order ships. Message us on WhatsApp and we refund the full amount. Once it has shipped, it is handled as a return.

Thrifted pieces

Most of what we sell has been worn before. We describe the condition and show any flaws in the photos. If something you receive does not match the listing, tell us and we will make it right.
