Privacy

We collect only what we need to sell and ship gear.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, mobile number and delivery address.
• When you sign up for drop alerts: your name and WhatsApp number, plus your size, interest and email if you choose to add them.
• When you offer gear or ask us to find something: your name, WhatsApp number, what you wrote, and any photos you send.
• When you browse: we count how many times each piece is looked at or added to a bag. These counts are not linked to you.

How we use it

To confirm and ship your order, to reply to you, and to send drop messages if you asked for them. Nothing else.

Who sees it

The two of us, the courier that delivers your parcel (name, phone and address), and the payment provider when you pay. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Payments

Payments are handled by your UPI app or our payment provider. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Removing your details

To leave the alerts list or have your details deleted, message us: WhatsApp +91 93175 68898 or orders@mountainthrifters.com.
